All our products are handmade in very small batches especially for our customers.
This means less waste, more quality and more sustainability.
To help us keep this work ethic going, we ask you to be a little patient with the delivery time.
After you place the order, your package will get to you in approximately 15 days.
We will be handcrafting your items especially for you.
Please note that delivery time might vary depending on your location.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send an email with the tracking information for your package.

SHIPPING FEES AND TAXES
We ship worldwide!
Shipping is free for orders over $300.
For USA all import duties are pre-paied by us, as they are delivered on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means you do not have to worry about them, as we are taking care of the whole process.
In fact, you do not have to pay any additional fee after checkout.

RETURNS
We will accept return requests made within 14 days after receiving the original purchase.
The items you wish to return must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed, without any sign of use.
Unwanted items must be returned in a box suitable for the shipping and securely sealed.
Returns are free of charge worldwide.
To start a return, please email info@delduccio.com, making sure to include your order number.

There is a size chart available for consultation on our website for each product, to help you select the right size. We encourage our customers to purchase considerately, to help us avoid waste.
The refund will be processed within 10 working days upon arrival at our warehouse.
REFUNDS
The refund will be processed within 10 working days upon arrival of the unwanted items at our warehouse.
The refund will be processed at the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company or the payment method chosen during the original checkout.
Because we don’t hold stock, but only produce especially for our customer, there is a fee of $35,00 for every item you wish to return, that will be deducted from the refund.
We encourage our customers to purchase considerately, to help us avoid waste.

All Del Duccio pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are met. In the unlikely case of a fault please don’t hesitate to contact us on info@delduccio.com. We do not consider flaws details such as irregular seams or buttonholes, as they are a feature of the handcrafting process.
